Bent tempered glass refers to toughened glass with curved surface. It is the same as the production process of non curved tempered glass, but the difference is to increase the glass forming process. The forming process of bent steel glass includes bending and hot bending. Bending is to press the hot glass into a certain shape by pressing film. Hot bending is to heat the glass to softening temperature to the bending die by its own weight, or to close to the air cushion heating furnace for forming. The hot bending has the following forms: ① molding, making male mold and female mold according to the shape required by the curved surface, wrapping the mold surface with glass fiber cloth, and pressing the thermoplastic glass together, which is commonly used in the production of hanging plate; ② sink type, in the heating room, the thermoplastic glass is bent under its own weight and falls on the curved mold; ③ flexible bending roller type, which flexes according to the required curved surface The plastic roll is bent into the required shape, and the thermoplastic glass sinks on the curved roll by its weight. It can only produce toughened glass with single curved surface.
