EVA laminated glass technology is currently the most mature and stable laminated technology.
EVA is a polymer material, and EVA film is a dry-process film with excellent optical clarity. Its refractive index is similar to that of glass. There will be no optical distortion or double phase in the image after passing through the glass, ensuring clear vision without affecting lighting;
Excellent adhesion to glass surfaces;
Laminated glass also has UV protection function, delaying the fading of indoor household items;
Good sound insulation function can block the noise outside the window, so it can not affect the rest of the family when taking a bath;
Very good weather resistance, the color, clarity and strength remain basically unchanged for thirty years of outdoor use and fifty years of indoor use;
It has good tensile strength and excellent impact resistance in a wide temperature range (-60~100℃);
Excellent water resistance, the adhesion force remains basically unchanged in high temperature, high humidity and even boiling water.
 
Due to these excellent properties, EVA laminated glass is widely used in high-rise building doors, windows, guardrails, lighting roof glass and special protective glass, especially the first choice for shower room glass.

EVA laminated glass is processed at high temperatures to achieve the most stable combination with glass. Decorative parts such as metal mesh, metal plates, silk and other decorative and functional materials can be embedded in the laminated glass.
