Gel-filled insulated fire resistant glass
It is composed by two layers or more glass through compounding, in the middle of the two layers glass filled with salt based fire resistant gel, it is a special kind of glass that can be satisfied the requirement of corresponding fire resistance level. As using advanced Nanotechnology for production, the fire glass became cut able.
Different from other fire resistant glass in the market, Our fire resistant glass can pass through more than 5 years UV and visible light test, NO milky color or gas bubbles were observed in 5 years. (Quality guarantee period of three years), and can be cut by Water Jet(China's exclusive technology now).
Glass features:
1. Integrity and Insulation Glass.
2. Clear glass with no distortion of free vision.
3. Sound reduction property.
4. UV Filter glazed property, suitable for usr in both internal and external applications.
5. Life-long stable performance property.
6. "Class A" Safety Glass property in BS6206.
7. Pigmented or Patterned to give natural color selection.
8. Can be cut by Water Jet.
